What data we process and why
Enquiries (phone call, email): name, phone number, email address and any details you voluntarily share about your request. Purpose: responding to your enquiry and keeping in touch. Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (steps prior to a contract) and 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).
When a contract is concluded: billing name and address, tax number. Purpose and legal basis: accounting obligations, GDPR Article 6(1)(c).
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months after the last contact; contract and billing data for the period required by Hungarian accounting law (currently 8 years).

Hosting: Rackhost Zrt., Tisza Lajos körút 41., 6722 Szeged, Hungary.
Invoicing: KBOSS.hu Kft. (szamlazz.hu), Záhony utca 7, 1031 Budapest, Hungary.
Web analytics (only with consent): Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4).
We do not use automated decision-making.
Cookies, local storage and analytics
We measure traffic with Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Measurement only starts with your prior consent (cookie bar, “Accept”); statistical cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are then set with a validity of up to 2 years. Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(a) (consent).
Without consent, no measurement takes place. You can withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, or by clearing your browser data.
Beyond this, only the setting required for operation is stored on your device (your cookie-bar decision, in localStorage).
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, and you may object to processing. Send your request to the contacts above; we respond within 30 days.
Remedies
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest, www.naih.hu. You may also turn to court.
